I'm running Redhat 6.2(Zoot), I installed netscape 7.0 but I didn't uninstall netscape 4.72. When I launched netscape,... everything was fine, but when I logged off as root and tried to log back on as root,...the login screen would act like it is going to log on, but instead,... it returns to the login screen.
If I log on as another user,...I can switch to superuser and log on as root with no problem. Can someone tell me what can be the problem? Carlos Beane | Elect. & Comp. Engineer.
