As I didn't get any response on my first post, I''l try again...

When I try to install RedHat 8 on one of my computers I get the following
error:

"There was an error installing glibc-common-2.2.93-5. This can indicate
media failure, lack of disk space, and/or hardware problems. This is a
fatal error and your install will be aborted. Please verify your media and
try your install again."

I'm installing over HTTP, and have used the same files to successfully
install RedHat on another machine, so I seriously doubt that it's a
problem with the install files. This was at the start of the installation,
so "out of disk space" is out of the question. I guess it's a problem with
one of my harddrives, but how do I find out which one it is? IIRC I put
/boot and /usr on hda, and /home, /, /tmp and /var on hdb.
