Whenver I execute the "dateconfig" command, the locatime entry in
/usr/share/zoneinfo/America/New York gets overwritten with a zero
length file and my clock changes to UTC time instead of EST. A new
file called localtime.rpmnew gets created in /etc. This new file appears
to be the original /etc/share/America/New York file. After I copy the
new file to /etc/share/zoneinfo/America/New York, all is fine with the
date.

Is this happening to anyone else? Is this a bug or am I doing
something to cause this?

Thanks,

-Scott
