Your terminal is not configured to interpret UTF-8 characters.  I don't
know where F-Secure can be configured to do so.  If you find the
setting, post it back to the list.  This issue comes up a lot since the
change to UTF-8 locales, and I only know how to configure PuTTY under
Windows.
