I've had similar problems with my screensaver. I downloaded the latest
and greatest kdebase and kdelib rpm packages, from the redhate ftp site
listed below. This is the error message that I receive.

rpm -Uvh kde*
error: Failed dependencies:
        libXm.so.3 is needed by kdebase-3.0.5-3
kdebase = 3.0.3-13 is needed by (installed)
kdebase-devel-3.0.3-13
kdelibs = 3.0.3 is needed by (installed) kdelibs-devel-3.0.3-8

Yet when I rpm -qa |grep kdebas*
kdebase-3.0.3-13
kdebase-devel-3.0.3-13
It appears that I have the correct packages except the libXm.so.3

How should I proceed at this point?

TIA,

Jim
