Apache also allows a simple accept/deny in httpd.conf that would also
work and is obviously much easier to set up.  The problem is that the IP
addresses will continually change - I've seen the spam coming from
dial-up servers.  Blocking all those would then block legitimate users
too which is obviously not what I want.

Perhaps I should be creative and figure out to integrate spamassassin or
something like it in the posting process...let sa determine if it's spam
and reject it.  Could be an interesting hook...
