Whether or not it's good depends on whether you find it useful. MRTG is
for traffic graphing, and SAR is for system activity reports. Cron itself
runs every minute, although cron jobs run when they're scheduled.

For the first two, if you don't know what they are, then you probably
don't need them running. For cron, if you don't know what a cron job is
doing, leave it alone until you do.
