Try grabbing the latest Logwatch from logwatch.org

ftp://ftp.kaybee.org/pub/redhat/RPMS/noarch/logwatch-4.2.1-1.noarch.rpm

It may do what you're looking for, but it hasn't been put through the
rigors of Red Hat QA.
