it's easy. too many ways could accompish this. for me, i prefor to change
the network scripts directly. it resides in
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-ethX

DEVICE=eth0
ONBOOT=yes
BOOTPROTO=static
IPADDR=X.X.X.X
NETMASK=255.255.255.240
GATEWAY=M.M.M.M

Currently my redhat is use dhcp client, and I need stop the client and sign
a staitc ip address on this machine.

Is there administrator program I can use?

If not, which file I need to change or create to setup a ip address/
gateway/ ?
