I currently have a customer who wanted some clarification on MLS and the
labelling mechanism.
How does the user of a highly secure system read a file that only exists
at the a lower security level network?
What is the proposed labelling mechanism?
How are labels associated to a file?
How are labels associated to a user and process on a given network?
Also is there documentation that incorporates this information in case
the customer wants more details.
