The original Compartmented Mode Workstation (CMW)
specification would have been so much better
served as a security enforcing application than
as an operating system. I could see OpenOffice
as the basis for an implementation of CMW as
an application. No Trusted X required because
OpenOffice would enforce policy. I have
implemented MLS X and an MLS window manager,
and I believe that you need neither to do
MLS OpenOffice. I don't claim that it would
be pleasant, OpenOffice is kinda large, but
compleatly possible.
