yet another kickstart package update, thanks to everyone for the
feedback.
Changes:
Remove "langsupport" line which causes current beta to fail installing
Allow executing consoletype binary, it doesn't transition for normal users
Remove atd, it's no longer part of the evaluated config (not MLS aware)
