yet another kickstart package update, with a bug workaround for the
currently broken install.
Changes:
Work around fd redirect bug in the installation shell
The current beta snapshot has regressed, it has a broken grub config
(need to change root from (hd1,0) to (hd0,0)), and you need to do the
first boot after the install with "enforcing=0".
I haven't changed the polyinstatiation code yet, I'd prefer to wait with
that until the required new PAM package is available with Dan's patch.
