They are a whole lot more alike than they are different. The inclusion of labeled networking in RHEL5 is a substantial change. You can expect RHEL5 to ship with a more up2date policy, numerous bug fixes, and things of that nature than what shipped with FC6. As a sweeping generalization, and making it known that there are a lot of caveats, I would say they are about the same.
