I did a fresh lspp install and have found that compat_net is disabled.  This
is just something that happens in standard RHEL 5.0 and 5.1 installs. You
probably want to enable compat_net in your kickstart as without it many of
the checks for proper network separation are not performed because it takes
for granted you are using a system that can label packets.
