I think the binaries are all there, but kind of hidden.
At the time I built those files, I did
make
but I didn't do a
make install
I think if you just untgz and make install, you'll have
everything you want.

I have downloaded the .tgz from http://mkrmke.org/download/ for redland /
raptor / rasqal but they only seem to contain source - no binaries.
Do you have any binaries that you have already built available? I'm looking
to run them on Win2003 32-bit.
