I'm afraid there's nothing much customized about <https://github.com/datagraph/raptor> yet, as the N-Quads parser is presently an entirely separate library (called libntriples). But if a performance-oriented largish patchset of this kind would be welcome in principle, we would intend to eventually reformulate our parser in terms of libraptor2's interfaces and submit it for your consideration.
