Pascal Pfiffner ( https://twitter.com/phaseofmatter ) announced to me on Twitter that he has updated the old Objective-C bindings for Redland to work on OSX as well as IOS, which includes automation to cross-compile all the Redland libraries (raptor, rasqal, librdf).
