It seems like every media outlet has run a "the details behind the Crawford deal" article. As interesting as they are, they're a but duplicative.
Makes me wonder though are these articles the result of a Red Sox campaign to prove they weren't reacting to fan outrage? Or are the Sox simply a little more comfortable opening the kimono on this one because it worked out. Probably a bit of both, but this coverage stands out because the Sox are so typically tight lipped about their methods. Not as bad as the Pats, but not good. http://www.csnne.com/12/11/10/How-Carl-Crawford-became-a-Red-Sox/landing_redsox.html?blockID=371195&feedID=3352 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Red Sox Citizens" group.
