Bard, certainly not poetry in motion last night.

Still, the Sox are remaining true to form from earlier in the season, when they
were on a tear after starting so poorly. Everyone was
contributing to their winning, a different player every night. It's the same
now, everyone is contributing to their losing, a different player
every night.... The Tampa series is certainly going to loom large. Fortunately,
we have our rotation set up for that series, with Weiland
and Lackey leading off. Anyone think the 3rd game with Lester is going to be
huge?

Worst-case scenario is that we exit the Rays series with them 3 behind us. Of
course, then we play them 4 more at Fenway 2 days later.
Ugh. A month ago,m I certainly didn't foresee an exciting finish to the AL
wildcard race.
