The Sox basically have zero leverage with him, unfortunately. I feel like the really have to move him, as even before all of the late-season stuff, he was a mess and obviously had difficulty with the environment. Granted, it seems like his personal life has been a mess since he came here, but still, he really needs to be gone. And every other team knows that.
