Apparently, it is the 25th Anniversary of Game 6 and I saw them playing the top of the 10th inning on a hotel TV. Jim Rice lined out to left field with Marty Barrett on second to end the inning and I got to see him hit again.
The man was a beast! I've never seen anyone swing a bat with the simple powerful ferocity of Jim Rice. He waved his bat as if it were made of plastic. I just expected an explosive hit with every swing. -- Author of Confessions of a Good Mother<http://www.amazon.com/Confessions-Good-Mother-ebook/dp/B005LSR57W/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1315785606&sr=8-1>: The story of an assassin and mom who struggles with life balance issues. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Red Sox Citizens" group.
