Will be interesting to see how much the Duke is allowed do. I think this actually improves the Orioles. Many people give praise to Theo for the 2004 WS win, but it was mostly the Duke's players.
In all likelihood, he will be squeezed between arguably the major's worst owner and Showalter, who seems to have most of the power there...
