So after 12 games, in 2011 the Sox were 2-10, this year they are 4-8. Which start feels worse?
To me it is this year, since the horrible September led me to believe that the Sox would come out blazing - pitchers wanting to erase the memory of 'beer and chicken' and the offense, essentially the same, continuing to hammer the ball. Certainly the expectations weren't as high this year versus last, but this year just feels worse to me.
