Hmm, I don't feel acrimonious toward the team. I've moved on from The Collapse. I think Beckett is a spoiled brat, but I don't particularly dislike anyone else on the team.
Maybe it's just you guys who are alienated. If Lou Gorman didn't know where to play Willie Randolph or they traded Jeff Bagwell for a middle reliever, we bitched and moved along. But this team, has managed to alienate the fan base like none I've ever seen, and I'm not certain that winning that last game in September would have made a difference at this point.
