I think the Sox should run a promotion and hire a different fan manager for every week of the 2013 season. It would be a raffle - $100 a ticket, and they select a new manager out of a hat every week. Think of the publicity they would get! If they make the playoffs, fans could vote on-line for the fan manager that would be assigned for the playoffs - like American Idol. And who knows, maybe the Sox would end up hiring a fan manager for the 2014 season!
