Stuart,
I stupidly tried a merulina coral. It was impossible to keep alive, for me
at least. I have had success with every coral I have had, or at least have
been able to keep them alive (knock on wood) but I could not keep this one
alive. I was not to smart in my purchase, and believed the LFS when they
told me they were not that hard to keep alive. It just slowly receeded on
its skeleton until there was no living tissue left. I tried everything. High
light, high current, medium current, medium light etc etc etc.... but it
just kept on receeding.
My opinion, stay away from it....

Subject: green merulina coral
Hi everyone,
I went to my lfs today a saw a really nice fluorescent coral that
the owner said it was a green merulina, which was in the acropora family.
It did not look like a acropora so I was wondering if anyone knows what this
is and the requirements for it are?
Thanks!
Stu
