The trick is to position your powerheads, or get some more and get them to
create a current in any potential dead spots. That way stuff does not pile
up. Not sure about other people but I am still fiddling with my setup and
seeing what different powerhead positions do to the current in the tank
sometimes it takes a few days to see the full effect espicially in areas that
have low current.

I have a 46bow front tank with about 70lbs or so of live rock 2x96PC
lighting and two powerheads on both sides of the tank, my question is given
the live rock and I am not able to clean behind the rock is there anything
that I can get to prevent Detrius from forming behind the rock and in areas
I can not reach.
