Hi everyone. I just found out my digital themometer is reading way to high.
I couldn't figure out why my chiller never turned off and my tank was still
running at 85 degrees when the house is at 72 or 3. The house is warmer
than that in the winter and i didn't even have the chiller plugged in. I
decided to dig out an old freshwater thermometer and it was reading 74
degrees. Now for the sick part. The only constant I could think of is body
temp so I tried it (after cleanng and sterilizing with alcohol). The
digital told me that my brain was fried at 108.9 degrees! So now the
question is how long should i give the tank to raise it from 74 or so back
to my normal 80 degrees?
thanks
Ben
