Did your pH drop? I usually have a bit of a drop in pH when I do my water
changes and I do use Instant Ocean. I think it is because I use RO water,
and the salt mix itself does not have the buffering capacity by itself to
handle the acidity of the water (neutral actually). Once the water has been
in the system for a while, and or I have added some alk buffer, it is
usually back to normal. I wouldnt worry about it too much right now. Watch
it for a day or so, and add buffers as you normally would. If it does not
rebound, then there may be and area of concern.

LEAVING THE LIST
================
To stop receiving messages you will need to send a message to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] with a command to remove you from the list. The list
manager controls who belongs to the list.
For example:
--------------------------------------------------------------
From: John Doe <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Subject: <not needed>
UNSUBSCRIBE
