All this noise has got me interested in what everyone is talking about. I've
never seen this book in print. Is it still available or just in an
electronic version (which doesn't seem to be too available either !) ?

Well two things are in the works ....
One : the CD's are now being produced outside
Two : a pdf version will be placed on the site
Three: Due to personal illness I have not been able to keep up with the
orders
