on a 150 if thats all you plan to keep id go with 3 175 watt mh and 2-4 vho actinics or maybe even pc ( i dont have any exp with pc tho). or if you dont want mh you cound do 4 vho daylight tubes and a couple no actinics or the best flouresence setup would be 6 vho with 3 day and 3 actinics.
