This sounds like contamination to me as well as some other stressers
make sure all equipment including buckets for water changes are clean and
free of soap residues and chemicals never use aerosols or pestisides
in the same room as the aquarium..
never wash anything with a detergent of any kind when it is intended to be
use for an aquarium
If your tank was mine i'd do a 50% water change, filter through GAC
for a few weeks and keep everything as stable as possible mainly temp ph and
feed very sparingly every other day till things cleared up

<< Joe,

Something is going on in that tank. If you are battling ich, and cloudy eye
and so on a so forth, it sounds a little off. Usually, when you are having
problems with diseases like this, it is a water quality issue. Could be temp
flux, pH flux, high nitrate, stray current or any variety of things. Could
also be aggresion from another fish stressing the rest out. Make sure your
water quality is at its best, and make sure you dont have one fish dishing
out a bunch of crap. One other thing, does your tank have a ground probe?

 Just some stuff to consider....
