Sorry I forgot to tell you about my main system. It is a 125gal with a
100gal sump (almost full probably 75 to 80 gal) and a 20 gal long refugium.
I run my homemade 6 foot skimmer 24/7 and it seems to go in spurts foaming
like crazy for a while then nothing for a few weeks.
