Ysh Pak Deden, mungkin mhs tersebut agak bingung, RUMIJA itu Ruang Milik Jalan, sedangkan RUMIJA itu adalah milik PU c.q Badan Pengelola Jalan Tol (BPJT). Kemudian BPJT mengkonsesikan RUMIJA dan jalan tolnya nya kepada pihak swasta atau BUMN (Concessionaire) e.g CMNP, Jasa Marga dll untuk operasi dan pemeliharaan.
