So far so good here, too. Actually working on biz expansion plans and a
startup this year (I may be insane doing both, but hey! Who lives forever?)

Without making the discussion into an economics talk, I'm cautious, though,
about the one-four year economic condition of the area. Not sure what the
commercial/retail real estate markets are going to do nor do we know if
we'll see inflation set in nationwide.

Stay nimble, keep your head on a swivel and always pay yourself first
(savings) to stave off those rainy days.
