Dwolla.com is kinda nice if you can wait a few days for the money
transfers. Transactions under $10 are free, $10 and above are a flat fee
of $0.25. Very mobile-friendly, use your phone as your POS system.
If you're looking for something more traditional, Stripe.com seems to be
the new hotness. If you're building a marketplace and want to transfer
earnings to bank accounts, BalancedPayments.com seems to be where it's at.

We are expanding our online Farmer's Market site to have the ability for
different groups to use their own merchant accounts and thus process the
payments themselves. We currently use QuickBooks Merchant Services but want to
give people options.
Does anyone have recommendations on merchant accounts, either good or bad. The
majority of orders come in after we send out a reminder email and we envision
around 500 orders per day.

Thanks in advance.
