Follow-up Comment #2, task #2082 (project admin):
My project is made of two parts: client and server.
The server application is a J2EE standard web application, so it can run on
every standard implementation of JDK (1.4) and a servlet container. For
example, Kaffe and Tomcat (they are both open source), of course on Linux.
The client application depends on Eclipse SWT, an open source widget library.
As I said, I have no dependencies on Swing, which I know is of some concern
about its "freeness". SWT is supported on Linux.
I'm planning to use soon PostgreSQL and Hibernate, both are open source
softwares.
I hope this can be sufficient. If not, please let me understand well what I
have to produce.
