This project consists in:
* one PHP-class which can parse and import a skyblog
* a plugin for dotclear (a free blogging PHP application) which uses this
PHP-class for importing a skyblog into a dotclear blog.
The PHP-class is independent of the plugin so it could be used for other
things.
Note: this project has nothing to deal with Skyblog or the company behind the
site, it's a personal project to improve interoperability between weblogging
solutions.
Other Software Required:

PHP only for the class, PHP, mySQL and DotClear for the plugin.
