Goupil is an association membership management tool for the GNOME
environment.
It is a fully desktop based application. There is no need to install any
server software. Association data is simply stored in a readable file.
Goupil's source code is based on gtkmm (the c++ bindings of gtk+). The source
code licence is GPL v2.
