Follow-up Comment #2, task #5976 (project admin):
I have just committed the files with GPL header into the SVN. The GPL is
actually included, in the form of gpl.txt, so Windows users can look at it as
well, but I now committed it as COPYING as well.
I hope now everything is okay.
