I do not speak English, so that most of the documentation will be provided in
Russian.
IIFY - a mobile client for GisMeteo service. This midlet will allow users to
view information about the weather right from your mobile phone. The draft
written in JavaME and is designed to work in the MIDP/CLDC environment. This
will be a free software with open source code.
Description of work:
Annex must connect to the server Gizmeteo and from there to receive
information about the weather. This information should be handled and stored
in phone memory. Annex shall be available on the phone information display
weather forecasts for the near future. According to the server after a
certain period of time, application must update the local information about
the weather.
Requirements for the interface:
Annex shall be able to display the available information in a convenient
form. The same item should be setup to choose the language interface and the
city. An interesting, but not mandatory functionality are skin and other
variations customizable interface.
