specialist modifictions. Commercial licenses are administered by ARToolworks,
Inc., Seattle, WA, USA. Click here for more information on ARToolKit licenses
and your usage options. "
It's unapplicable, because the GNU GPL don't have a "non-commercial
obligation" ( http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/free-sw.html ).
If the commercial uses aren't permit with freedoms of free software (see
"Microsoft's Shared Source CLI, C#, and Jscript License" at
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#NonFreeSoftwareLicense ), I
can't qualify ARToolKit as free software so your project too.
