==== Description: ====
NoChat is a new project : we want to create a friendlier irc client than the
existing free ones. We haven't yet code to give you because coding hasn't
begun : We will begin if we get a Subversion repository.
I think there is actually no free useful client : the 2 main I tested (Mirc
and X-Chat) aren't really freewares : Mirc isn't at all and X-Chat is now
paying because "hard to compile" (it's the reason that the owner of the
project has given...) on Windows even if the source is free.
We have decided to create this project to have just useful features and not
so many things that often are useless.
A script module will probably be released (using QScript) for the users to
extend the features if they want.
Indeed, we have decided to use Qt that use a nice signal/slot system (very
good for network) and has a scripting engine (as I've just told above).
The project will be translated in 2 or 3 languages : french and english (and
maybe spanish).
I think that's all I have to tell you about the project.
I apologize if i did some grammatical mistakes because I am french ;) .

==== Other Software Required: ====
The freeware will just depend of Qt.
