This software is a web-based financial tool for managing operating budget and
investment budget for medium to large corporations.
It can import accounting datas, and export reports using CSV file formats.
It's a PHP4/5 and MySQL software, documented using Doxygen and able to use
themes. Some PHP classes can be derived to adapt parts of the software.
