I underline that this is a project, so an on-going work. I don't understand
the policy to put the headers before accepting the project!? If the project
gets refused afterwards, I work for nothing? I would have better tell you it
is a new project and nothing is done yet, then only transfer the files.
Finaly, for the moment there is no header. So what? I AM the copyright
holder, and I DECIDED to put it GPL2, so it is GPL2. This copyright is
enforced by the use of QT, do you really think someone is going to fight with
Trolltech? The code itself and the resulting binary (if you tried it) contain
a permanent link to the GPL2 licence. I can definitely agree NOT to release
any official packaging/binary/release of the code from GNA without including
a text copy of GPL, if it pleasures you.
