We would like to shift the web-mail and calendaring components out of our
current project and into their own project - hence this proposal. We will be
extracting current parts of the Bongo project, which is already hosted on
Gna!, and making them into a stand-alone project.
As part of this, we hope to remove the absolute dependency on Bongo and make
the web user interface available on multiple mail/calendaring systems -
attracting more hackers and making the project more active.
