The purpose of the project is to pick up data about geographical entities in
a collaborative way, to compile and display them on a map.
The pilot application will be the coverage concerning the choice of
OpenOffice.org as the official office suit among cities of
Nord-Pas-de-Calais.
The results of the project (scripts, macros, processes) will be put under the
GPL licence
