The project name is bidi and it is a macro package that allows users to
typeset bidirection documents in LaTeX over XeTeX engine (a unicode variant
of the TeX engine). bidi modifies lots of LaTeX internals and also modifies
heaps of LaTeX packages so that they work bidirectionally in TeX.
