==== Description: ====
I want to register this project to facilitate coordination for the "Wak" R6RS
porting effort, code-wise hosted at Gitorious: <http://gitorious.org/wak>. Wak
is a set of code written by various authors, adapted for use with R6RS
implementations of the Scheme programming language, such as Ikarus
<http://ikarus-scheme.org/> or PLT <http://plt-scheme.org/>. All code adapted
for Wak will be free software, as defined by the FSF, and GPL-compatible.
We'd like to use Gna! to get a mailing list and a bug tracker, and (less
importantly) a homepage, as such facilities are not provided by Gitorious.
==== Other Software Required: ====
Wak will depend only on the R6RS SRFI collection
<https://code.launchpad.net/~scheme-libraries-team/scheme-libraries/srfi>
(MIT-licensed) and an R6RS Scheme Implementation, such as Ikarus, PLT,
Ypsilon or Mosh, all available under free software licenses.
